We believe that when people are given stable housing, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to rebuild, they can break cycles of hardship and create lasting positive change in their lives and communities.

Who We Serve

At Wise Legacy Residential, we serve adults of all ages — including veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, domestic violence survivors, low-income individuals, aged out of foster care and others seeking a stable, drug and violence-free environment. Many of our residents are ready to live independently but benefit from structure and accountability. We accept SSI/SSDI & Private pay.

We serve adults who are re-entering society, overcoming housing instability, or living on fixed incomes. Built on the belief that housing is the foundation for stability and growth, Wise Legacy Residential offers supportive environments where individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity and direction.
